Most of us feel the body speaking — through tension, pain, anxiety, exhaustion, or repeating patterns — but no one ever taught us how to understand the language.

This class gives you the tools to listen, interpret, and respond to the messages your body sends so you can create real, lasting shifts in your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Embodied Wisdom blends gentle body-conversation practices, sensory listening, and practical nervous-system tools that you can use immediately in your daily life.

You don’t need experience. You only need curiosity.

This class is offered on a sliding scale because I am committed to making this work accessible.
